Ever wondered what goes on inside a beehive? Join us on Wednesday 30th September for a 1-hour ‘meet the bees’ session and discover the fascinating world of our campus pollinators.

Venue: Meet at DiSH Tipi, then walk over to the bee hives

This session is open to campus members only. Please only book one session.

We’ll explore the lifecycle of bees, the vital role pollinators play in our environment, and the story of beekeeping at Harwell Campus.

After suiting up at DiSH, we’ll take a short walk over to the campus hives where you’ll get the chance to see the bees up close and learn more about how they’re cared for.

Attendance criteria:

This session is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant or who has received hospital treatment following a sting reaction.

This session is open to campus members only. Please only book one session.
