We provide technical advice and support to customers on large projects, where we are the ‘customer friend’ providing review of documents and processes and gathering evidence the customer may use in their decision making processes.
We work with the supply chain advising them on how to engage with public procurement processes, for example we supported a customer who was working on their first project for the European Space Agency (ESA) – we helped them understand ESA standards and process so they could develop their own engineering processes and present suitable documentation.
Sometimes customers want advice on the state technology in a specific sector – we provide a summary of what was available, who the lead suppliers were and assisted in engaging with them.We do not provide legal, financial or investment advice.
