Lunchtime Pilates sessions

Join us on Wednesday lunchtimes at 12.30pm from 8th April – 20th May inclusive (excluding 29th April) for a weekly Pilates session led by Chloe from The Fitness Experts.

Perfect for all levels, this class improves flexibility, strengthens core muscles, and revitalises your energy, helping you to feel more balanced and aligned. All you need to bring is your own mat!

Sessions will take place at: Quad Two, Rutherford Avenue, OX11 0DF. Please head to reception when you arrive to sign in.

About Chloe:

I have spent 11 years in the fitness industry, four years as a Pilates instructor, and have gained a wealth of knowledge throughout the duration. I design my classes to be accessible to everyone of all levels. Whether you’re pre or postnatal, have injuries, or are a complete beginner.

Pilates allows you to gain full body strength, improve your core strength, posture and flexibility – it’s great for people who are desk-bound, enjoy all forms of exercise, and commute regularly.

I teach classical Pilates and add a few modern twists. The main aim of my classes is to provide a challenging, enjoyable, and fun session to all. I look forward to seeing you on the mat!
