Spring Equinox Gong Bath
In a busy world of mental overload, the sound vibrations of the gongs helps the mind to slow down, the gong sounds work on all levels – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. It’s a natural way to help relax the body and calm a busy mind, using singing bowls, other instruments and the gongs.
Join us on Thursday 20 March from 12:30-13:15 in Quad Two to experience for yourself the deep resonant sounds of the gongs – let go and just breathe.
Firstly, you don’t need to bring swimwear, no water is involved! Simply wrap yourself up in a blanket, lie back on your pillow, close your eyes, relax and enjoy.
A gong bath is an individual and private experience, everyone experiences something different. Just come along with an open mind and be ready to relax and let what be, be!
