Take half an hour for yourself this January to pause, reflect, and check in on your health. In your personal session with Tetiana Fomenko from FortyfyMe, you’ll explore how your daily habits affect your energy, focus, and wellbeing, and what small changes could make a real difference.

Date: Monday 12th and Tuesday 13th January 2026

Time: 30-minute appointments between 09:00 – 17:00

Venue: Quad Two, Rutherford Avenue, Harwell Campus

You’ll start with a few simple measurements and a chat about how you’re feeling, looking at things like sleep, movement, nutrition, and stress. Together, you’ll identify what’s working well and where there’s room for improvement.

By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a clear picture of your current health and a short, realistic plan to help you feel your best over the next few months.

In March, you’ll have an online follow-up with Tetiana to talk about what’s been going well, any challenges you’ve met along the way and what to focus on next.

These 1:1 sessions are a chance to take stock, ask questions, and create a plan that fits your life, helping you take confident steps toward better health.

Your session will include:

  • A short health and lifestyle assessment
  • Simply body measurements (weight, waist, BMI, blood pressure)
  • A personal conversation about your goals and challenges
  • A tailored three-month action plan you can start right away
  • A 10-minute online follow-up in March to check your progress
