Geospatial Intelligence Showcase

3rd July 2026, 9:00 am – 3:15 pm

This event is hosted by the Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Chilterns Regional Defence and Security Cluster (OBC RDSC).

SMEs and defence experts explore geospatial intelligence, radar and hyperspectral tech through talks, demos and networking.

This event brings together Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and government specialists to demonstrate cutting-edge geospatial intelligence capabilities to military decision makers.

Presentations will cover a range of techniques, tactics, and processes, with particular focus on radar and hyperspectral data management – areas with significant potential military application.

Date: Friday 3 July

Time: 09:00 – 15:15

Venue: Satellite Applications Catapult, Fermi Avenue, Harwell Campus

The day opens with an introduction from the Deputy Director of the Defence Office for Small Business Growth, a new body under the NAD that supports SMEs engaging with defence. This will be followed by a series of capability briefings and panel sessions from SMEs and subject matter experts, showcasing how geospatial intelligence is being applied across both civil and defence contexts.

The event provides an excellent opportunity for networking and the exchange of ideas between industry and government.
