Think big. Imagine boldly. Build the body of the future.
The challenge
Imagine you’re a scientist designing a brand-new kind of body.
Think about how science, technology, and creativity could improve the way our bodies work.
What would you add, change, or upgrade?
Let your imagination run wild. Funny, clever, brilliant ideas are all welcome!
How to enter
Draw or describe your body design and see it come to life on our giant Body wall.
Your artwork can be any shape or size, you can use whatever you like from pens, pencils and paints, or you could even design and create it on a computer.
The only stipulation is that you must be able to upload a photo of it to the form below, along with your name, age and contact details.
How will my entry be judged?
Judging will be based on creativity, scientific inspiration, use of colour and presentation, and effort and originality, with prizes for:
- Most creative scientist
- Best body-inspired invention
- Most colourful creation
- Funniest idea
What prizes are up for grabs?
Our overall winner will receive an annual Kiwi Crates subscription, packed full of hands-on DIY STEAM kits to keep curious minds busy all year long.
Runners-up won’t miss out either – they’ll win either a human body book or a fun, body-themed board game.
This competition is now closed.

Light Project
This January, Harwell Campus reaches a remarkable milestone – 80 years of being a campus dedicated to science and innovation.
To celebrate, we’re launching The Light Project, a year-long series of imaginative public events that shine a light on the ground breaking discoveries made at Harwell and the bright future ahead.
