Willow Innovation helps entrepreneurial clients commercialise their intellectual property by providing various services including development and implementation of the Business Plan, the IP strategy, building a business.

Based in the STFC Harwell science and innovation campus in the Oxfordshire Science Vale, the consultancy operates in the intersections of innovation : technology : commercialisation. The Directors work with SMEs and blue-chip companies, helping them commercialise and exploit their ideas and intellectual property.

Broadly speaking the company has four main areas of activity:
– strategy and Business Plan development
– helping locate sources of finance such as grants, investors, match-funding, venture capital
– developing physical product prototypes or systems to prove an idea actually works, retaining design consultancies, software coders, patent attorneys as needed
– management consulting with a strong emphasis on business development.
