Lunchtime Yoga Sessions

Free lunchtime yoga sessions with Wellbeing with Rachel (www.wellbeingwithrachel.co.uk).

Suitable for all levels. The class will be 45 minutes, starting at 12.30pm prompt.

Sessions will run weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 30th April – 11th July, excluding 25th and 27th June. All you need to bring is your own mat!

On checkout please register for all the dates you would like to attend. Please only register for the dates you are able to make to allow others to have a go too. If you are no longer able to make a booking, please cancel your place. If you experience problems with this, please contact the team here.

Yoga is a safe and effective way to increase strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The class caters for all levels including beginners and is suitable for everyone, regardless of flexibility.

Sessions will take place at: Quad Two, Rutherford Avenue Harwell Campus Oxfordshire, OX11 0DF

Not suitable for pregnancy, please find a yoga class tailored for pregnancy.
