Rise and Shine: Morning Yoga

Start your day with calm, clarity, and connection beneath the breathtaking Museum of the Moon – Luke Jerram awe-inspiring, six-metre touring artwork featuring detailed lunar imagery, soft moonlight, and a surround sound composition by BAFTA and Ivor Novello award-winning composer Dan Jones.

Join us as we welcome Wellbeing with Rachel to campus for a peaceful Morning Yoga session designed to gently energise the body and focus the mind in a truly unique setting. Whether you’re a complete beginner or seasoned yogi, this is the perfect way to greet the day under the glow of the Moon.
