Harwell Campus Neurodiversity Group

29th April 2025, 12:30 – 1:30 pm

Is the Agile ‘Scrum’ a good framework for your neurodiverse team?

The scrum team management framework is a structured approach to organising teams to deliver technically challenging work. There are a number of facets about scrum that may make it particularly suitable for neurodiverse teams.

In this talk by Jolyon Tidmarsh, he’ll be summarising the scrum framework and suggesting where it might be particularly useful for the neurodiverse. We anticipate some lively debate with the audience.

Date: Tuesday 29 April

Time: 12:30 – 13:30

Location: Ground Floor, Quad Two, Harwell Campus

This opportunity is open to both neurodiverse and neurotypical audiences to gain a deeper understanding of support available.

This talk is brought to you by the members of The Rosie Project – a Harwell-based neurodiversity networking group. We aim to share best practice to enable neurodiverse teams to thrive in the workplace. We’re open to anyone with an interest, whether or not you identify as neurodiverse.

The Rosie Project is open to everyone who has an interest in getting the best from their neurodivergent teams. We welcome neurotypicals and the inquisitive.
