Lunchtime Pilates session

Join us on Wednesday lunchtimes at 12.30pm from 8th January – 5th March inclusive (excluding Wed 22 Jan) for a weekly Pilates session led by Chloe from The Fitness Experts.

Perfect for all levels, this class improves flexibility, strengthens core muscles, and revitalises your energy, helping you to feel more balanced and aligned. All you need to bring is your own mat!

Sessions will take place on the ground floor of Quad Two. Please head to reception when you arrive to sign in.

About Chloe:

I have spent 8 years in the fitness industry, two years as a Pilates Instructor, and have gained a wealth of knowledge over those years. I like to think that I add a personal touch to each of the classes I teach. Hopefully anyone that participates in my classes feels they’ve worked hard, learnt something new and laughed and enjoyed themselves. Exercise should be fun and challenging and that’s what I aim to bring to each session.

Each session will include a few basic movements, and some interchangeable exercises so that you will get a variety, and a good base to build from each session.
