Free Yoga in Nature at Harwell

A free lunchtime yoga session with Wellbeing with Rachel ( Suitable for all levels, just bring your own mat. The class will be 45 minutes, starting at 12.30 pm prompt.

Yoga is a safe and effective way to increase strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The class caters for all levels including beginners and is suitable for everyone, regardless of flexibility.

Sessions will run on Thursday 12th May through to Thursday 1st September for 13 sessions total.

Weather dependent – if the weather is terrible the session will not run.
