
Free Harwell Yoga Sessions
Free lunchtime yoga sessions with Wellbeing with Rachel (www.wellbeingwithrachel.co.uk). Suitable for all levels. The class will be 45 minutes, starting at 12.30 pm prompt.
Yoga is a safe and effective way to increase strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The class caters for all levels including beginners and is suitable for everyone, regardless of flexibility.
All you need to bring is your own mat!
Sessions will run weekly on Thursday 4th May through to Thursday 6th July. Please note, no sessions will take place on `15th June.

Not suitable for pregnancy, please find a yoga class tailored for pregnancy.
